Ashley Piland started working at Southeast Community Services in 2010. Ashley attained a Bachelors of Science Degree from Indiana State University. She has worked multiple positions with the Morale, Welfare and Recreation for the United States Navy and as a paralegal with the Marion County Prosecutors Office, Child Support Division. She took the position as Income Supports Coach at Southeast Community Services then later moved into the role of Program Manager and Financial Coach. Ashley assists with preparing grant reports for grants supporting the community center; obtains quantitative data through the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database and qualitative data through internal coaches meetings. As one of the financial coaches she educates clients on financial literacy, conducts financial workshops for the community and is also the Site Coordinator for Volunteer Tax Assistance Program (VITA).
