Terri Garcia came to SECS in early 2008 with 20 years of leadership experience in the development and implementation of human services in the community. She has worked closely with community stakeholders to develop programs and services that balance the community’s overall needs with the aspirations of disadvantaged individuals. She has extensive operational experience in the design and delivery of programming focused on the working poor and other low-income populations, including the homeless and at-risk youth. Through Terri’s efforts SECS has become a model Center for Working Families sites.
